We're building takeprofit.com, a cutting-edge platform designed for financial market research and trading. Our product blends two key components:

1. Web trading platform: a flexible workspace designed for traders and investors, equipped with an extensive array of tools and market data for better decision-making.
2. A financial UGC media: empowering traders and developers to produce and profit from their own content, indicators, and platform plugins.

As a bunch of punks with a reflexive distaste for the gospel of 'how it's always been done in trading’, we are taking our stand against legacy trading and aim to create an intuitive tool for self-directed traders and investors, combining a trading terminal with user-generated content. Our team includes industry experts from companies like TradingView, Tinkoff Investments, Yandex, Arrival, Quadcode, Lime Financial many of whom are passionate traders. The company was founded by Alex Shulzhenko (CEO), ex-CMO TradingView.

<aside> 🔎 We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who wants to create from scratch, rather than assemble from the components of a legacy design system and redo the old stuff. This is a role for a designer with experience in Product Design, ideally experience with complex financial and analytical systems (fintech) and good UI skills. What the job involves

• Develop UGC media for traders and investors with ample monetisation opportunities for content creators.
• Shape the product vision with the team from concept to release.
• Think through new user scenarios and improve existing ones.
• Work with complex data: tables, graphs, charts
• Develop documentation and guidelines on components in Figma and Notion

Who you are

• An experienced Product Designer with excellent user scenario design skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent grasp of design principles coupled with a willingness to experiment to improve established patterns and achieve the best possible user experience.
• Honed skills of working with Figma and components
• Understanding the stock market, trading. Investment experience is a plus
